What Should I Do If My Parcel is Not Delivered?
After placing the order with us and if you don't receive the order within the Time Frame, we request you to please contact our Customer Support and provide us with your ORDER ID. We will check for the details of your order and update you with the necessary information.
You can also Track Your Order from our website.
If the problem is with our courier partner we regret for the inconvenience caused. We will raise a query with our courier partner and make sure the order is delivered at the earliest. If in case we don't resolve the issue within 3-4 business days after raising the query, we will issue 100% refund of your order.
