You must use our website strictly for lawful purposes and in adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in India. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operations, or attempt unauthorized access to our servers or user accounts.

In no event shall PrintShoppy be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services.

All content available on our website, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and digital downloads, is the property of PrintShoppy or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To place orders, you may register an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

We strive for accuracy in our product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

All product prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified. Additional charges like shipping and handling, if applicable, will be clearly outlined during checkout.

Payments must be made in full at checkout using approved methods such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital wallets. All orders placed are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payments are securely processed through reputable payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed, and we hold no liability for any loss arising from declined transactions.

In the event where PrintShoppy must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

We deliver products across India via reputed third-party courier services. Shipping usually takes around 5-7 business days for metro and major cities and up to 14 business days for rural areas. Estimated delivery times provided are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will provide a replacement if the customer's product is damaged during transit due to improper handling by the courier service. The replacement process will take an additional 5-7 business days from the date it is issued. (Strict legal action will be taken against any unlawful attempts to misuse this service.)

Please Note: If your order qualifies for a replacement, the reshipping process will take an additional 5-7 business days from the date the replacement is issued.

Please Note: Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of placing the order or after the order has been sent to production will always be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but a refund is not always guaranteed.

PrintShoppy offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy. We’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. However, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to our error. We strive to deliver a product that closely matches your order. To ensure accuracy, we provide a detailed preview option before you finalize your purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and verify all details, including spelling, alignment, and the placement of pictures or text, before confirming the order. PrintShoppy is not liable for any issues or damages caused by the customer after receiving the product.

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the order ID, photographic evidence, and reason for return. If your order qualifies for a replacement, the reshipping process will take an additional 5-7 business days from the date the replacement is issued. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

We offer a full refund to buyers, minus applicable postage and handling charges, under the following conditions:

• A refund will be provided only if the request includes a valid reason, order ID, photographic evidence, and the product is returned in substantially the same condition as purchased, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
• A refund will only be provided if the product received by the buyer is completely different from what was ordered, damaged, defective, or has printing issues.
• The returned product must reach us within 14 days of initiating the return request.
• The buyer is responsible for covering the postal charges for returning the product.
• Print products are susceptible to manipulation. A refund will only be processed if the product, along with its original packaging, is returned in its entirety and shows no signs of unlawful tampering.
• The decision to approve a refund rests solely with us. Refund requests can be made via call, email, or WhatsApp.
• Refund or replacement for goods, merchandise, or products is subject to inspection and verification by us.
• Damages caused by the buyer's negligence or improper use will not be covered under our returns policy.
• Products purchased with discount coupons or under promotional schemes may be exempt from PrintShoppy's 30-day returns policy or subject to modified return terms.
• The refund mode for both partial and full refunds will always be the same as the original payment source, i.e., the payment method or account used for the purchase.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and error-free customization details when placing orders. Once submitted, customized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in customization provided by you.

Please Note: If a buyer submits a return request for issues in a product caused by his/her own mistakes, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund is not always guaranteed.

• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, including images, icons, logos, pictures, text, or any other copyrighted material, regardless of file format.
• Do not upload content of an explicit nature, including vulgarity, nudity, or any material deemed inappropriate, regardless of file format.

Once an order is completed, any pictures or uploaded content related to that order, regardless of file format, will be removed from the PrintShoppy server after 14 days. If a customer wishes to reorder the same product with the same picture, they will need to reupload it.

PrintShoppy trusts that the content uploaded by customers for their orders, regardless of file format, is either their own or copyright-free and does not conduct any verification for copyright infringements. It is the customer's responsibility to upload only content that they own or that is copyright-free.

Additionally, PrintShoppy reserves the right to cancel any order if an individual uploads content that may infringe copyrights or contains explicit material, including vulgarity, nudity, or any other inappropriate content, regardless of file format.

Please Note: PrintShoppy is not liable if any individual uploads or uses images, logos, icons, pictures, text, or any other material, regardless of file format, that results in copyright infringement. Any violation of PrintShoppy’s Content Copyright Compliance Policy will hold the individual or group of individuals accountable under the Copyright Law of India.

You can log in to your PrintShoppy shopping account anytime once it is active and navigate to the appropriate section to review, modify, or delete your login information. Please note that any requests to update your information will be communicated to you via email once the changes have been processed.

Opt-out decision is entirely up to you. We respect your preferences and will only communicate with you if you choose to stay connected. Whether it's via email, postal mail, or phone, you have full control over receiving updates and news from us.

If you ever wish to be removed from our email or postal mailing lists, or if you prefer that we do not use your information to enhance your shopping experience, please contact PrintShoppy customer service via email at help@printshoppy.com. PrintShoppy is committed to the safety of children on the internet. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, PrintShoppy will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent, we will promptly remove their personally identifiable information from our database.

• Your content is accepted for external publication only after approval from the PrintShoppy team. Once approved, it will be publicly visible to anyone who accesses the website or mobile apps, along with your name, order details, and photos that appear on PrintShoppy product and other pages.
• If you do not want to share your images, please do not publish it using this service. If you delete your PrintShoppy account, your contributed images will be auto deleted.
• Your publication content should be owned by you only. This means that the original creators of images and anyone they permit to are the only ones with the exclusive right to reproduce the images. Otherwise, you will be at risk of being accused of copyright violation.
• PrintShoppy trusts that the content submitted by customers under this service, regardless of file format, is either their own or copyright-free and does not verify it for copyright infringements. It is the customer's responsibility to submit only content that they own or that is copyright-free.

Please Note: PrintShoppy is not liable if any individual submits content under this service, regardless of file format, that results in copyright infringement. Any violation of PrintShoppy's Content Copyright Compliance Policy will hold the individual or group of individuals accountable under the Copyright Law of India.

PrintShoppy offers a referral reward program where participants receive a unique link to encourage engagement on the platform and earn rewards in the PrintShoppy wallet.

Under this program:

• Invite other users, including friends and family, to PrintShoppy using the 'Send Invite' button.
• They receive a flat ₹75 discount on their registration and first order.
• Once their order is completed, you'll receive ₹100 in your PrintShoppy wallet, which can be redeemed on your next order.
• A participant can send invites to multiple unique users and earn rewards. However, all invited users must be completely new to PrintShoppy and should not have used the platform before.

PrintShoppy, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any participant/invitee from the benefits of this offer, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer. The decision of PrintShoppy in this regard shall be final and binding on the participant/invitee.

Cashback offer at PrintShoppy:

• The cashback offer amount will not be credited to your bank or original payment source. Instead, it will be added to your PrintShoppy wallet and can be used for future purchases on the PrintShoppy website.
• The cashback amount will be credited to your PrintShoppy wallet within 24 hours of order delivery.
• The cashback amount must be used within one year from the date of accrual otherwise it will expire.

PrintShoppy reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer on the website without prior notice.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.
